We partnered with Hunzinger Construction to construct a Uline warehouse and distribution center. Despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic, we completed the project ahead of schedule by two months.

The first building, a warehouse, W8, encompasses over a million square feet of space. It includes an impressive array of 272 dock doors, 590 skylights, and a staggering 4,224 high-bay light fixtures. The second building, a distribution center, I7, is 647,000 square feet and includes an additional 590 skylights.
